Guarantee policy

			Any parts of the air-conditioning devices with any signals of operation failure due to materials or production technology within 1 year since the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
			The guarantee will be refused if the air conditioning devices were partly replaced or fixed, or the failures were due to technologically wrong operation or a fall.
			The guarantee is only applied for the case in which the buyer buys the items to use, not to resell.
			When asking for a guarantee, please show your warranty card (customer’s part) to the agent where you bought your devices.
			If you do not completely fill in and send the warranty card (distributor’s part) to our distributor, we are not responsible for the devices you bought.
